I didn’t get to try the restaurant or breakfast, though the dining area looked just as top-notch as the rest of the hotel. The host gave me a super friendly welcome, and there were a couple of cute big dogs too. The room was spacious, the bed was big and comfortable, and everything worked well. The furniture felt high-end, and the bathroom was the best I’ve had in about 30 hotels. Fast Wi-Fi, too. I really liked all the design details. You can close the windows from outside to keep the light out and sleep better. The Japanese art in the lobby was a nice touch. The hotel feels really luxurious for its location. I definitely recommend it. Thanks for everything!

I booked in advance at a reasonable price. As the date got closer, they cancelled my booking because prices had gone up and resold the room for more due to the Europa League final.

I’d paid through Expedia and had a booking confirmation, then drove for two and a half hours. When we arrived, they said there was no room for us and told us to go to another hotel. The room still appeared online as available after we left. Maybe it was an honest mistake, but at 6:30 pm we now had to try to find somewhere to stay.
