The food was a highlight. My sister is vegan, and although we had half board, the restaurant put together a special menu for her for the whole week, starting on our first day. There were plenty of choices on the regular menu, including local dishes, so we never had to repeat a meal. Breakfast had lots to choose from too, and the bar served complimentary hot chocolate and snacks after skiing, which gave us a welcome boost. The staff made us feel at home throughout our six-night skiing holiday. Xacobe, the hotel manager, was always checking that everything was okay, and Valentina at reception was so kind and helpful. The two men driving us to the ski lifts were always on time and made sure we had a ride back arranged. All the restaurant staff were 10/10 as well. Baqueira ski station is only a five-minute drive away with the complimentary hotel transfer, and there’s somewhere at the hotel to store ski equipment. My sister and I felt like we were in a cozy home away from home. We’d really recommend it and hope to return.

We only had one night here as a stop on our bike tour, and wished we could have stayed longer. The room was huge, more like a suite, and both dinner and breakfast were superb. The hotel is in a lovely little ski village with a stream and waterfall. Be sure to see the fabulous wooden bears near the waterfall. The staff were wonderful and clearly wanted us to enjoy our stay. Lovely place.

The receptionists communicated really well and were very helpful when we got stuck in a blizzard and weren’t sure what to do. Breakfast was beyond what we expected, and the stay was very good value for money. Thanks for everything! Ethan

This feels like an old, three-star hotel. You can hear everything happening elsewhere in the building from your room, and people start moving around as early as 7am, so getting proper rest is hard. The mattresses are old and uncomfortable. Dinner wasn’t good, and the restaurant chairs are huge outdoor furniture, which feels strange. There are very few vegetarian choices.
