There’s no step-free access, just three steps, but that could be awkward for someone using a wheelchair or with a buggy. If that applies to you, a more modern property may suit better. We stayed at no.2, and it was spotlessly clean. Its traditional Spanish styling made it feel like a proper holiday, rather than a stay in a soulless hotel. The property sits at the edge of Nerja old town, so the architecture fits in with the surrounding buildings. For anyone without mobility issues, it’s a lovely, friendly small complex near a supermarket. Would recommend.

The central location worked really well. The courtyard was so overgrown, though, it felt dark and boxed in, and I ended up doing a bit of pruning myself.

Had a really lovely stay at Los pinos villas. If you're heading to Nerja, I'd definitely recommend it.

I slept comfortably, though the daycare right next door was a downside. The crying woke me up every day.

This was a bad experience. On our first day, someone let themselves into our apartment using a different key. We plan to complain to the consumer protection agency. The place is very expensive for something so basic, and the pool hours and rules aren't respected. I wouldn't recommend it.
