I liked the location, only a few kilometers from San José, and the place itself was clean and comfortable. The rate was fairly reasonable for the area. But some basics were missing, including toilet paper, napkins, and oil, and the coffee machine didn't come with even one complimentary capsule. I also found a before-11:00 checkout strange for a holiday rental. The owner's communication was friendly enough, but didn't meet my needs. I wouldn't stay again.

We had a great time here and are already talking about coming back next year. The apartment is roomy and very clean, with all the kit we needed: three air conditioners, a microwave, oven, ceramic hob, blender, toaster, washing machine, fridge, pots and pans, and cutlery. It's 3 km from the beach, which meant it was wonderfully quiet at night, away from the coastal noise. I'd definitely recommend it.

The owner was lovely and took the time to explain everything, with suggestions for handling any issues that might come up. The apartment is well placed for getting to all the coves, and it had everything we could need. For a visit to Cabo de Gata, I'd happily recommend staying here.

The house felt cozy and had what we needed to feel at home. I especially liked how much natural light came into every room. The owner was so friendly and attentive throughout. We were really pleased with the stay and will come back.

A great spot for a restful break with family or friends. It was cleaner and more comfortable than I expected, and also more spacious. The location worked really well.
