COMODOS Y AGRADABLES APARTAMENTOS EN El Pozo

The terrace was really just a tiny entrance patio, and the washing machine left our beach towels smelling bad. The towels were stained too, the bathroom had no shelf, and the kitchen was poorly equipped. Even for two people, the apartment felt very, very small. We booked for three, but there was only one 135 cm bed, and it was cramped even for two. The third person got a sofa listed as a bed, but it was just a sofa with filthy cushions. I ended up with a severe backache, and we barely slept for two nights. I told the owner that evening, but nothing was done. After we complained through the OTA, they accused us of being rude and slovenly. They also said that €100 a night at the end of August was a low price, so we shouldn't expect better service. Thankfully, this was the only property in our OTR in Spain that didn't match what was promised. It felt like they didn't know what they were doing and were just making money from tourists. I don't recommend this place, even for two people. I hate leaving bad reviews, but after this stay and their inappropriate behavior, I felt I had to.
