The apartment was spotless, and the cleaning service was outstanding. We left it as tidy as we could to help out. Paulino and Marian were so kind and helpful, and we never felt watched, despite what we’d read in some reviews. The furnishings were comfortable and tastefully chosen. There was a well-equipped kitchen, a hairdryer, cleaning products, clothespins, hangers, plenty of drawers and wardrobes, and a good-sized fridge that cooled quickly and very well. There was also a parking space right there and terraces. They offer free bicycles. We didn’t have time to use the pool or jacuzzi. Congratulations to the team, and keep up the good work!

The place is in a fantastic location, with excellent quality for the price. The apartments at Joaquín Costa are delightful, spotlessly clean, and furnished with great taste. Elena, the manager, and Ms. Sonia, the maintenance manager, also deserve a lot of credit. We highly recommend a visit! Gerardo and Ana Muñoz

The staff were friendly and very attentive, and we had a great stay. Ris Beach, one of Noja’s two beaches, is about a 15-minute walk away. We recommend this place for a quiet, peaceful holiday.

The apartments were lovely and very clean, but the pool is tiny. The owner was the worst part of our stay. He constantly watches you through his cameras and seems glued to them. Every time you come or go, his attention makes you feel intimidated. It was like something out of a horror movie.

It’s a great place to use as a base. The staff are friendly and attentive, though there’s one rather peculiar gentleman. Say good morning and ask how he is, and he’ll tell you everything in detail. He might offer to print coloring pages for a child, then the next day say the child was being picky for asking for one. He spends all day, literally, looking at the monitors, more than in an oriental bazaar. With about 2,000 “security” cameras, it does feel like you’re being watched. The apartments are clean enough to eat off the floor and have everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location is very good for the city center, but far from the beach.
