Playa Joyel Family rooms

Everyone was so friendly, from reception and housekeeping to Adrián, who was always efficient and kind when serving us in the cafeteria. The rooms were comfortable and practical, with good beds and pillows, and the air conditioning worked very well. The facilities were in perfect shape, everything was very clean, and nights were quiet. I hope it stays like this for a long time.

The beach is just a one-minute walk away, and the hotel has a large garage, a dining room, a pool, an elevator, and shared spaces. The room was quiet, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the bathrooms had all the comforts. It's brand new and has different room sizes, from doubles to triples and quadruples. We loved it and will definitely come back on our next vacation.

We paid €400 for two nights in August, without breakfast, and I felt completely ripped off 🤦‍♀️. The room was clean but tiny and very basic, with no wardrobe door or armchair. There wasn't even a lounge area in reception to sit in. I've never paid that much for such a basic room. A huge disappointment.

Everything felt spotless, and the hotel is very new. It’s right on the beachfront and has a pool and gym. Check-in is self-service at a machine, or you can do it online, and then you get a key card to enter the different areas. The garage entrance works by car elevator. There’s also a room with a microwave, kettle, tea, toaster, sugar, and other supplies where you can bring and prepare your own food and drinks. They just ask you to clean up after yourself.
