The studio had a lot of useful kitchen equipment: a new, fairly large fridge, a small but adequate dishwasher, a new washing machine, dishes, cutlery, toaster, coffee maker, blender, a couple of frying pans and saucepans, cutting board, colander, juicer, large knives, and other utensils. The two-burner hob was small but enough for us. Bathroom towels were provided, as was a lined bin. The kitchen starter pack had a new sponge and dishcloth, a small bottle of washing-up liquid, a rubbish bag, and one dishwasher tablet. You'll need to bring or buy your own laundry detergent, and there were no cleaning products, just a broom and dustpan and a mop and bucket. The dustpan was the kind you have to bend down to use, which wasn't ideal. Our room had a clothes rack, an iron, and an ironing board. We were there for four days during Easter week, my husband and I. Check-in took a while, but it caused no problems. The rooms are new and there's a nice communal pool, though we didn't use it. Parking was easy that week, right in front of the building. The only real downsides were the tap water, which wasn't great, and noise at 7:30 AM despite quiet hours being 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Otherwise, everything was great.

Less than a five-minute walk to the beach, which was fantastic. The apartment was super clean, very well equipped, and everything looked new. I'd stay here again if I'm back in the area.

We had a great experience, with spacious, clean rooms and a perfect spot just metres from the beach. There were two adults and three children in our group, staying for five nights. The young man who works there was incredibly friendly, and the three cleaning ladies were lovely too. When I lost a wristband, they all went out of their way to find it. Thank you so much.

The shared pool is very nice, and the location is good, on Ris beach in Noja. We had a beachfront apartment, but it was very bare: no toilet paper in the bathroom, hardly any cleaning supplies in the kitchen beyond a little kit, and not even clothespins for the clothesline. The bedrooms are tiny. Although the apartment is for five, it has a small bathroom with a shower, a two-burner ceramic hob with miniature burners, and very little kitchenware. It was expensive for a week. Cleaning was terrible, even though the smell of disinfectant was constant. They give you a blue-zone parking permit after you pay a deposit, which is refunded later.
