We were really disappointed as pilgrims on the Camino. You can't get here on foot without literally crossing a field. Check-in is remote, and the connection kept dropping. The room felt old, not new, and the shower head sprays water everywhere. The website also advertises things that aren't there, including a jacuzzi, pool, restaurant, bar, or anything else. I can't recommend staying at this hotel.
We left after one night, even though we'd been booked for four. There were no staff around overnight, no information about the emergency escape route, and the place gave a strong impression of being unfinished. After an eight-hour drive, the cleaner, who was as helpful as she could be, asked us to come back at 7pm. Check-in was through a machine in the outside lobby, and it didn't work well. A company had booked us in and couldn't have known what a mistake it was, since the website doesn't show the place as it really is. This has to be the worst hotel I've ever visited.
The room was clean and new, and the bed was really nice. Very nice and comfortable.
The breakfast was great, and so were the rooms.
I'm happy with it, it's a great place.
