The quiet made it easy to get a proper rest, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We were also right by the lovely main square and church, so hearing the bells was a treat. The house is really nice, with a room on each floor. The living room and kitchen are a bit dim, and the kitchen could use a little more light, but the rest of the house gets plenty. A great base for exploring the beautiful Jerte Valley.

We had a good few days here with family or friends, and the place was clean. Service was good when we arrived and when we left. There are a lot of steps, so it won't work well for older guests or anyone with limited mobility. And if you're taller than 1.70 meters, watch your head. You'll need to duck.

Parking close by can be tricky because the streets are narrow and access to the houses is tight. Inside, the multi-floor layout is unusual, with several flights of stairs, so it doesn't suit children or older people. Otherwise, it's adequate and makes a good place to disconnect.

The neighbors were very welcoming, and the arrival service was excellent. We stayed for 5 days, and everything in the house went smoothly.

Cozy place, but there's very little natural light. The stairs are excessive and it's not suitable for children. Getting to it by car is difficult.
