We're pilgrims on the Camino, and getting here on foot was practically impossible. We literally had to cross a field. Check-in was handled remotely, but the connection kept dropping. The room was old and awful, nowhere near new, and the shower head sprayed water everywhere. We were really disappointed and can't recommend staying here. The website also advertises a jacuzzi, pool, restaurant, bar, and other things, but none of those are there.

We left after one night, even though we'd been booked for four. Our company had arranged the stay and couldn't have known what a mistake it was, since the website doesn't show the place as it really is. After an eight-hour drive, the cleaner, who was as helpful as she could be, told us to come back at 7pm. The booking machine in the outside lobby didn't work properly. There was no staff around at night, no emergency escape information, and the place felt unfinished. It has to be the worst hotel I've ever visited.

A really comfortable stay. The bed was lovely, and the room was clean and new.
