Our Airbnb booking for August 25-29 had been in place since the start of the year, so the cancellation with no explanation came as a shock. Then we saw it back on Booking.com at a much higher price than we’d paid. It ruined our trip a month before we were due to go. I hope Airbnb takes action, because we don’t feel these people can be trusted.

We’d booked through Airbnb months in advance, then they canceled and put the place on Booking.com for €160 more. That completely spoiled our vacation. Honestly, it was very unprofessional.

Everything else was fine, but the shower was awful. The pressure was extremely low, and about every 30 seconds the water stopped altogether. Then we’d wait another 30 seconds for it to come back, and it kept repeating. Worst shower I’ve ever used.

We booked at the last minute, and it turned out to be a great choice. Joaquín checked in throughout our stay to make sure everything was all right and sent us suggestions for places to eat and visit. The apartments are new, very clean, and have comfortable beds. Ours faced a quiet street, close to the center, and the service was fantastic.

The apartment was spotless and had all sorts of amenities. It’s right in the center of O Grove, with easy access to the beaches, and we had an excellent stay. We’ll be back.
