I only stopped to split up this stretch of the Camino de Invierno, and never expected such a wonderful meal. It was as good as anything I’ve had in major European cities. The food was great, the local wine a real treat, and the host/owner was remarkable. Wow!

The restaurant food was consistently very good, and the staff were helpful about our dietary restrictions. We also loved the two extremely friendly, cute dogs. It felt like a lovely little escape, with a beautiful location and a huge room. There are interesting trails within walking distance, plus a waterfall, towns, and other things a short drive away. Many thanks to Susana and everyone else. I really recommend this inn!

A lovely surprise along the road in Riberia Sacra. The food was super delicious, and the prices more than reasonable.

The people working there were smiling, nice, and helpful. I loved the place, an unusual and beautiful old building with a typical style. My room, number 3, was big and quiet, with a nice view and a great bathroom. The mattress was just right for my painful back!

The ambience was delightful, and the rooms were lovely and quiet. There are also many choices on the menu del dia, though keep in mind the restaurant is closed on Wednesdays. They have a pool too. This charming place is worth walking off the Camino Invierno to stay. And the walk up to the Cabo do Mundo is well worth it too. It’s open 24 hours a day and absolutely stunning.
