The owner was friendly, quick to respond, and available when needed. Everything was clean, and the place felt completely private. We especially enjoyed the terrace, with its jacuzzi, summer seating, loungers, and views of the city lights at night and sunny mountains in the morning. Inside, there’s a living room with TV, dining area, open kitchen with a microwave, oven, hob, large fridge, dishwasher, and more, plus two bedrooms with a double and single bed in each. Both shower rooms have a bidet and toilet. There’s also a secure underground garage, private elevator, and ground-floor entrance. Wi-Fi worked, and restaurants and a grocery shop were an easy walk away. Thanks again for such a pleasant stay! Audrey & Arnaud

The kitchen was the worst part: expired spices, damp stains in the tea drawer and spoiled tea bags, grease everywhere, shabby cutlery and cookware, and a worn scouring pad cut in half. It felt like an extreme level of penny-pinching. The shower couldn’t be used because its faucet was broken and only hot water came out. The bed blankets were threadbare, and one had a huge stain. There were crumbs from previous guests all over the sofa cover. The jacuzzi water was cloudy and seemed to have been reused, so we felt uncomfortable and didn’t get in. I wondered how much it would cost to give each guest fresh water. We travel a lot, and I can’t remember another place this neglected. No one greeted us or recorded our details, and after we paid, the owners showed little interest in contacting us. We arrived with high hopes and left feeling like we’d stayed in a house of horrors.

We arrived two hours before the expected time, but the apartment was already spotless, and the owner kindly let us have the keys early. It’s a beautiful, roomy place with a large terrace furnished with a sofa, loungers, and a jacuzzi. The parking spot was handy, and the elevator goes straight from there into the apartment.
