The appetizers were awful, and after we ordered several rounds, only the first came with a small plate. The later rounds arrived plain. Our waiter was rude and completely unprofessional. We had a Labrador retriever with us, and when we asked for water for the dog, he said there was nothing available, then brought an empty plastic cup. Maybe this is fine for locals, but as tourists we found it left a lot to be desired.

The toast menu is amazing, and the staff are attentive and polite. It's a great place to stop for drinks, breakfast, or tapas and generally have a good time. I'd recommend it.

The service is friendly and breakfast is decent. The rooms, though, are noisy across the board and feel expensive for what you get.

Rodrigo, thank you for all the kindness you've shown my family and me ❤️ The owner and waiters are fantastic, and the hotel has a wonderful, family-like atmosphere. Best hotel.
