The service left me unhappy.

Once we got checked in, the apartment itself was clean and worked well for a couple of days. But our arrival was delayed: check-in was at 3 pm, and when we got there they said it hadn't been cleaned yet and asked us to wait until 3:30. The fridge door kept coming off because it was paneled, so we had to close it carefully. The terrace light didn't work either, and the stairwell was very neglected and needed cleaning. Aside from those issues, everything was fine.

Parking nearby was easy to find, and the location was decent. Still, the room felt a little claustrophobic, and the windows wouldn't open. There was no kitchen, just a refrigerator in the bedroom, and we were given only two toilet rolls for a two-day stay.

When we arrived at 3 PM, the beds hadn't been made and the sheets were on the floor. It seemed no one had checked the apartment after the previous guest. We called, and they moved us to a smaller apartment without a terrace, refunding the difference in price. I expected some discount for the inconvenience, but there wasn't one. We'd requested a crib for our one-year-old, and it was left in the hallway of the first apartment. The replacement was one floor up. When we asked who would carry it, they said it was our responsibility. After we complained, they gave us 10 euros for the trouble, but we still had to haul it upstairs ourselves. The crib had no fitted sheets, only a comforter, which was stained. They say crib cleaning is free, but it was covered in snot and other grime. Would you sleep in bedding with someone else's fluids on it? Cleanliness was poor throughout. The side table was filthy, as if it hadn't been cleaned in months or even years. They did answer the phone and help quickly, but the experience left us uneasy. We stayed just one night, thankfully.
