The rooms and building feel pretty old-fashioned, though that doesn't bother me. Everything was clean and comfortable, and for the price it's hard to complain. The host was really friendly and helpful!

We got to the accommodation at 8 pm on Friday the 12th and were told there'd been a problem and it was fully booked. We had confirmed by phone the day before, but apparently there was nowhere else to go. Every place in town was booked, so we were left stranded on the street. The owner offered no assurance or commitment at all. I absolutely wouldn't recommend it. If you don't want to risk being left without a place to stay, don't book here.

The rooms were clean, and the location was wonderfully central. The hostess was lovely, very friendly, attentive, and ready with recommendations. Olvera is such a charming town that it's easy to lose yourself in it. We left feeling great about the town and its people, and we'll definitely return. 😊

The roundabout right beside the place was so noisy that I couldn't sleep, and I ended up having to buy earplugs. The mattress was very hard, and the water went cold while I was showering. The bedroom and bathroom were badly neglected: paint was peeling, there was a stale, musty smell, the toilet had no seat, and the seat itself was broken at one of the handles. They didn't clean the room at all during our stay. It felt as if not a single euro had gone into maintaining the place for years. I wouldn't return.
