When other bars and restaurants were shut, this place was regularly open during the week for coffee in the daytime and drinks in the evening. The staff were welcoming and the service was good. I recommend the prawn and avocado salad, the "albondigas" or meatballs in tomato sauce, and the "croquetas de morcilla" or black pudding croquettes. My favourite was the "leche frito" or fried milk dessert.

Breakfast came with the room and had a good range, quality, and amount. The hotel is small, quiet, and quaint, set at the top of the village. We found the decor charming, and the terrace has impressive views. Our room was basic but comfortable. The shower was pretty small, the only downside.

We woke to lovely fog against the limestone cliffs, and the hotel was quiet throughout our stay. It's a very clean rural hotel high up in a beautiful area, with excellent staff. I'd definitely stay here again.

The views are breathtaking, and we found parking near the Hotel every day. This was our second stay in apartment A, which felt warm and cosy, and we loved the autumn colours. We ate at La Puebla both nights, and booking is always a good idea. The kitchen had washing up liquid, a tea towel, a nice little fridge, vitro and microwave, plus a Nescafe Dolce Gosto machine with a few capsules. More capsules cost 50 cents. The shower was lovely and hot. Highly recommend the breakfast.
