That rooftop terrace was a lovely place to spend the evening, with loungers, a small sauna, and a big table and chairs under the stars. The apartment itself was clean, fresh, and comfortable, and we slept really well on the mattresses. We stayed in a good-sized three-room unit with a little balcony and washing machine. The bright bedrooms were well kept, and the living room had a comfortable sofa, dining table, and TV. The kitchen felt brand new and had what we needed, including a dishwasher, coffee maker, and kettle. The bathroom was compact but had a sink, toilet, and shower. The shower splashed water around, though a towel on the floor took care of it. In our smaller bedroom, the window placement meant it got a little brighter when someone used the bathroom. The walls are fairly thin, and street-facing rooms can get some evening noise. Each room has air conditioning. We barely used the Wi-Fi. The building has a modern, well-kept, high-quality feel. There’s a small glass-fronted fitness room by the entrance, along with an elevator and a narrow staircase. Entry is by code, which arrived shortly before we got there. We were welcomed warmly, but self check-in was easy too. Our apartment was ready, so we could check in from 3 pm. Check-out was just as simple, we only had to close the door. The door codes are handy, and the towels were fresh and beds neatly made. Cleanliness was excellent throughout. The location worked very well for us, on a quiet side street but still well connected. If you don't mind walking, you can get just about anywhere on foot. Shops, supermarkets, cafés, and restaurants are close by, including some excellent bars, cafés, and bakeries. Breakfast isn't provided, but there are good options nearby, including a French boulangerie two minutes away with fresh baguettes and very good coffee at chain "365". We felt at ease here and would happily return. It's a modern, clean, well-organized place with friendly communication and lots of thoughtful touches.

The bathroom felt cramped and uncomfortable, and the cleanliness was only mediocre. The stairs are extremely narrow and shallow, barely wide enough for a foot. There isn't a light until you're already halfway down. The location was the part I liked.

There are lots of stairs up to the upper floor, which suited us well. The place is close to all the train stations, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.
