Antonio, the concierge, is a delight, and I’d definitely live here. The development is in an unbeatable spot with everything you need close by. For privacy reasons, there are no pool photos, but there’s both a small and a large pool, plus parking inside.

Everything was clean and working, so you can arrive and start enjoying yourself. The rooms are clean and spacious, with two bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms. There’s a TV and terrace in the living/dining room, and the kitchen has utensils, pans, pots, plates, cutlery, a microwave, a ceramic hob, and more. The apartment has air conditioning, easy access, parking, and elevators down to the parking area. The beach is 150 meters away and accessible from the building itself. There’s also a pool, with the warmest water I’ve ever seen in one, and restrooms. Cafes, restaurants, and a pharmacy are downstairs. Really pretty good all around.

Being close to the beach and pool is a plus. But in our apartment, at least, the bathrooms had a strong musty smell that was quite unpleasant and wouldn’t go away. Some essentials were missing too, including clothespins and cooking utensils. I don’t think I’d return to this apartment.

Right by the beach, with a lawn. The apartments are spacious and have a terrace and two bathrooms, and there’s also parking, a pool, and a children’s playground.
