Costa Marina III by ACV

We had a peaceful, fantastic week as three adults and two children, and I’d come back. The owners were fabulous. The apartment worked really well for us, with two bathrooms, comfortable clean beds, lovely bathrooms, and white, clean sheets and towels provided. The kitchen had enough utensils, though a few more glasses and a coffee maker would be useful. The pool was fantastic, and being allowed to stay there until 10:30 pm was great. Getting to the beach was a bit rough, but a short walk made it convenient. The refrigerator needed cleaning for hygiene and to avoid food cross-contamination. The air conditioning worked very well, but had a lot of dust that could cause health problems. We dealt with that ourselves within a few hours. Of course, the air-conditioning issue was the cleaning company’s responsibility.

There are several kilometers of seaside paths for an early walk or jog, with the sunrise to watch. The beach is calm, with gentle waves and places to swim without rocks. You can choose sand or grass 😊. The location is the biggest plus, especially for families or larger groups. The apartment isn’t fancy, but it has the basics for a few days by the sea without needing the car. The mattresses could be better.

It’s right across from the beach, with a pool, gym, parking, and a playground for children. Bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, buses, the tourist train, and plenty of things to do are all nearby. A very convenient spot, highly recommended.

The beach is the main letdown, with stones in and out of the water, so we always ended up heading to the beaches of Oropesa. The complex itself is lovely, though, with spacious apartments, nice terraces, and a large pool with lots of sun loungers. Marina D'or is lively and has plenty to do without leaving the complex.
