We had a good time, and the kids were very happy. The pool at sports was great, the drinks were good, and the entertainment was alright. The buffet food, though, was absolutely garbage and lets the place down a lot. There are a few other bits and bobs too, and it takes a day to figure out the hotel, surroundings, and how the system works. It's OK for a long weekend.

Every staff member we dealt with was welcoming, professional, and attentive. The front desk made check-in warm and efficient, and the restaurant team were thoughtful and gave excellent service. It was a great experience from beginning to end.

We stayed for four nights in June and really liked our themed room. The hotel is well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. There's plenty to do, but it gets very busy, so I recommend booking activities ahead.

We booked all inclusive, and the listing showed an outdoor pool at the hotel. They still wouldn't let us use the outdoor pools unless we paid an extra 205 euro. The service was awful, and I'm not happy at all. I've never had such a bad experience before, and I won't be holidaying in Spain again.
