Magic Inn Hotel

The housekeepers kept everything spotless, and their friendliness made a real difference. I’d like to get the housekeeping supervisor’s name from Adrian so they can be recognized too. Adrian at the front desk was warm, professional, and funny. I went down for an extra key and he sorted it quickly, then checked whether we needed towels, pillows, or anything else. He also explained the resort activities and made personal recommendations. We had a lovely chat and a few laughs. Later, when I realized my passport was missing, possibly at the rental car counter at Barcelona Airport, Adrian jumped into problem-solving mode. He was empathetic and took charge, calling the rental company in Spanish, which isn’t my native language, and working tirelessly to help me get a copy. David also deserves special mention. After a major storm brought torrential rain, he was concerned about my drive to the train station to pick up my daughters. He insisted on coming along to make sure I took the safest route in and out of the resort. That kindness was remarkable. I’m grateful to all of them for making a stressful situation feel reassuring. This resort is lucky to have such caring, dedicated staff, and I’m confident everything will turn out fine.
