Casa Platón Páramo

A lovely, peaceful hotel-house in a small town. The host was friendly, the courtyard was nice, and the parking felt secure. Highly recommend visiting!

We only booked one night and immediately wished we had more time. The room was lovely and really comfortable, and breakfast had plenty of choice. The house itself is beautiful, an old place renovated with real care. Everything was spotless, and the atmosphere made it easy to unwind. The staff were so attentive too. It’s somewhere I’d recommend without hesitation, and I’d love to come back.

Laura at reception made the stay especially enjoyable. She walked us through the history of the house and most of the displays, and was always attentive to what we needed. We’d expected a typical country house, but found something more like a beautifully restored museum, full of art and history. There was a pleasant surprise around every corner. The rooms were roomy, the beds comfortable, and the heating and cooling system worked brilliantly and very quietly.

Alicia welcomed us with so much kindness and care, and made sure we were comfortable. We really appreciated that. This rural hotel and museum has a special mix of history and charm, with antique details and everything so well preserved. It was impeccably clean too. We’d gladly return and recommend it to others.
