After a long day walking from Casa Rural Dona Maria, just past Bruma, the three of us were so glad to arrive here. The hosts were fantastic and took care of all our questions and worries. The room was lovely, and after the best dinner I had on the Camino Ingles and a great breakfast, we set off again. Great place. Soon you’ll be able to watch our whole Camino Ingles on our YouTube channel, caminopeggyglen2017.

Our tour company Santiago Ways booked this lovely albergue for our group of 12 women. The host and hostess Isabel treated us like royalty, and the service went beyond what we expected. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed, and the meals were the best we’ve had on this whole trip. It’s a short 15-minute walk into town. We’d have no hesitation recommending it to anyone walking the Camino Ingles.

Everyone was very attentive, and the service was extremely good. The hotel, or pension, is really good, with rooms that are a good size and very well kept. Breakfast was the downside for me, 8 euros felt a bit steep for toast and coffee.

We liked being a little outside town, and it was easy to get back to the Camino Inglés by cutting through the centre. We’d stepped off the trail to stay here, and the hosts were so kind. They even made us a lovely meal with what they had in the fridge.

The place was spotless and had loads of space, and Jeff looked after us so well. After hiking the Camino, the walk away from the trail felt worth it. He gave us a lift into town, shared beer and wine, and made pizzas while we watched the World Cup together. Really good value.
