I’m so glad I chose Barceló Ourense. The staff were kind and friendly, and their professionalism and willingness to help went beyond what I expected. They work well together as a team. I was very happy with my stay and highly recommend the hotel.

The rooms have a nice modern feel, the breakfast was very good, and the lobby has pleasant seating areas. The European beds were comfortable. The HVAC is hard to control and won't cool below 20°C. The heavy doors can't be shut quietly, which could make sleeping difficult for a light sleeper like me. The showers get nicely warm, though not hot enough for my wife.

The decor is nice, but the layout isn't very practical. There’s nowhere to put your clothes, and all the interior walls are glass. If you go to the bathroom at night, the light wakes your spouse.

The rooms were clean, spacious and soundproof, and the hotel's luxurious look is matched by its lovely design and craftsmanship. Breakfast was great, too. It's in a great location, with underground parking available. Highly recommended. Anyone who chooses it will be glad they trusted me.

The room was spacious and really nice, but there were no shelves or drawers for clothes, and nowhere to hang towels.
