The one real plus is that they accept pets without an extra charge. Otherwise, it's an old apartment with uncomfortable beds and very few amenities. Turning an old apartment into a tourist rental takes more work, I think. When someone offers constructive criticism, the owner should use it to improve the place instead of getting angry.

We weren't told that the adjacent building was being demolished, and the noise was considerable. The location is very good, the place is clean, and the rooms are spacious. There isn't a dining room, and I also felt there weren't enough electrical outlets.

The owner was lovely, and the house was spacious and very clean. The location is hard to beat. But the beds and sofas were very uncomfortable, and the coffee makers were broken.

The apartment was bright, spotless and in a perfect location. Óscar provided excellent service. The only thing I'd change is one of the mattresses, which was a bit uncomfortable.

The owner was incredibly helpful. Still, the apartment is quite old and could use renovation and better quality throughout, including the water heater.
