Right by the cathedral, this hotel couldn't be more central, and that's its main advantage. My room was cheap, but cold, stuffy, and very noisy. The window faced a back patio that seemed to make even small sounds louder. The staff weren't especially friendly, though they weren't unfriendly either.

The hotel is central, so some street noise is to be expected. I use a small mobility scooter and could get around, though the room and hotel were tight. The staff were helpful and friendly. For the low price, it was perfectly acceptable.

A small, basic room, but comfortable enough and very clean. The staff were really friendly, and there are lots of restaurants and coffee shops close by. The hotel is well situated near the beautiful Catedral, which is well worth a visit.

We stayed in July, when it was 37 degrees on the 8th. Maybe Ourense isn't usually so warm, but with no air-conditioning we had to keep the windows open, and a lot of noise came in. The hotel is simple and well placed in Ourense's old town, convenient for driving, with nice, basic rooms.
