Elena was so kind throughout our stay and helped with everything, from excursions to arranging luggage storage. We ended up not needing the storage because the apartment was available on our departure day, and she told us we could leave our bags there until we went. The apartment is spotless, has all the amenities, and sits right by the historic center. Highly recommended. Thanks for everything, Elena.
The owner is lovely, and the apartment is right by Ourense's Plaza Mayor and the city's hot springs. With two bedrooms and a sofa bed, it worked perfectly for our group of friends, and would suit a couple or family too.
The host was very friendly. The apartment is behind the Burgas hot springs, though it was a shame they were closed. It's in the historic center, near cafes, restaurants, and the tourist train that goes past the springs. Free parking can be found on some streets about a 5-minute walk away. It's a two-bedroom apartment on the first floor with an elevator. The kitchen is very small but has a hob and washing machine, and the living room has a sofa bed.
The owner was really helpful with information and parking choices. We picked Parking Alameda, a minute away at Plaza de Abastos. The apartment is comfortable and central, only a few minutes from Plaza Mayor, but tucked into a quiet area. Everything was great.

The apartment is right in the center but on a quiet street, making it a good base for exploring Ourense. We'd definitely stay here again if we return.
