There’s a charming terrace and two lovely dining rooms, one downstairs and another upstairs. The food was delicious: the croquettes had more chunks of filling than béchamel, and the cod in pil-pil sauce was superb. Desserts are homemade. It’s best to reserve.

I was delighted to find soup on the menu. I love soup and rarely see it offered in Spain. The food was tasty and homemade, and the portions were huge. They even advised us to order one portion of some dishes instead of two because they’re so large. The restaurant is in an old building, with a beautiful panoramic mountain view from the second floor. I definitely recommend it!

The roast beef was tasty and came with nice vegetables, but the rice was terrible. The chicken breasts were just average, served with refried potatoes. The food is home-style, though the sides are poor, and the place itself is fairly average. Service was quite bad and they weren’t open to suggestions. I offered to tell the chef that a good dish with a bad side ruins the meal, but he didn’t seem to care. The place could use a thorough cleaning.

The menu is small, but every dish is a delight, with the freshest fish of the day. The food is spectacular. Service is direct and concise: they take your order, bring the food, and that’s it. Very good. We think dimming the upstairs lights a little would make the atmosphere better.

The mussels in vinaigrette and roast lamb were excellent, and the service was very good. It gets very busy on weekends, so call ahead to reserve.
