Everything was clean and there were all the facilities we needed, with no bad smells. There were five beds for six people. I recommend it.

There’s parking about 30 meters away, and you can also pull up in front of the entrance to unload, even though it’s a pedestrian zone. The apartment is spacious, with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, and a kitchen. It was very clean and had plenty of towels and linens, plus lots of breakfast supplies. The area is peaceful and easy to reach from the highway.

The apartment had been renovated throughout, and it was clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable, and there were enough breakfast supplies. The owner was especially attentive, and everything felt perfect for a few days in Oviedo or the surrounding area. By coincidence, Oviedo had just been promoted to the First Division. A 10 out of 10 for us in every way.

We’d had this booked since February 2024 because of a very important event on January 25, 2025. Then they canceled on the night of the 19th, less than a week beforehand. I’d give it a zero. Completely unprofessional and not reliable at all. Keep this in mind before booking if you don’t want my family and me to end up in the same situation.
