The staff were super helpful, and we had no trouble checking in even though the hotel is on a pedestrian street. Ignore Google maps and drive up the pedestrian street to drop your luggage and check in. There’s no dedicated hotel parking, so you’ll need a separate garage. We paid 11 euros, which wasn’t bad. The rooms and bathrooms looked pretty good, and the service was great.

It’s well priced and conveniently located. We were only there for one night, but the staff made a great impression. Our arrival was delayed, and they worked out the logistics with us by phone, then stayed at the desk until 11:30 pm to greet us cheerfully. Everyone we dealt with was so sweet and went out of their way to help. I’d recommend it to anyone considering a stay.

The pillows could use an upgrade, but the room was clean and very quiet, and the shower was great. The front desk staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. The property is in downtown Oviedo and feels like very good value for the price. I’d stay here again next time I’m in Oviedo.

There’s no breakfast service, though you’ll find several bakeries and coffee shops nearby. A car park is close as well. The hotel is good value, right in a pedestrian area in the centre, with lots of restaurants and shops around.

That’s frustrating, spending five days there and not having housekeeping change the towels sounds like an oversight. Have you asked the front desk or housekeeping for fresh ones? Towel replacement rules can vary, especially when a hotel is trying to save water or has changed its service routine.
