The rooms were very dirty, with dust, stains, and mold throughout the bathroom. The toilet, brush, and sink were dirty too, and the shower was so gross I didn't want to touch it. Reception called it normal water staining, but it was clearly more than that, and not what I'd expect at a four-star hotel. The breakfast was poor as well. If hygiene matters to you, check the bathroom photos in the reviews. The hotel's pictures don't reflect how it's currently maintained. There are better places nearby for similar prices, like Carreño, so I wouldn't bother with this one. Its four-star rating needs to be reassessed ASAP. Two stars at most.

The room was really good value, and I'd book here again when I visit Oviedo. I was here for two nights on a business trip. There's a great local bar on one side and a good restaurant on the other. We sat outside the bar with beer and got complimentary olives, crisps, and sandwiches. The beer was very reasonably priced. The restaurant serves regional food. It's not cheap, but fair for what you get.

The breakfast was pretty basic: one kind of cheese, ham and white bread, plus fruit, juice, yogurt, condiments, and sweet pastries. We ended up cancelling our remaining reservations and booking somewhere else. There were the usual problems too: the shower needed fixing the next day, our window looked onto a shaft with no daylight, and the AC switched off in the middle of the night, leaving us waking up in damp air. The beds are on wheels, so they move around if you're not careful. Hard to understand how this place got four stars.

Really nice hotel, modern room, and friendly people at the front desk. We rented a parking spot and had to take a car elevator down into the garage. 🤣

Great location, and the staff were kind and helpful. The rooms were clean and tidy, and breakfast was really good without costing much :)
