The bed was among the most comfortable I've slept in, and there was lots of closet space in the roomy bedroom. Everything felt new, clean, and well cared for. The kitchen was fully equipped and the bathroom had what I needed. This has become one of my favorite places in Oviedo, and I'd recommend it 100%.

Natural light fills this spectacular apartment, and we barely noticed the other guests. It's set up with what you need for a few days in Oviedo, including a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable bedroom. A small wastebasket in the bedroom would be useful 🗑️. The Old Town is very close, and the train station is about a 20-minute walk away.

Everything was spotless, and the bed was very comfortable. We had a room with a private bathroom, which was great. The apartment is brand new and carefully maintained. It's a 10-minute walk to the city center. For parking while you're out, Los Prados shopping center is a 5-minute walk away if you can't find a spot.

Carlos was very attentive, and the apartment was spotless and had everything I needed. It was tastefully decorated, too. The location worked perfectly for parking and then exploring Oviedo on foot. 100% recommended.

We had a 10 out of 10 weekend here. It's in a quiet, bright area that's great for enjoying Oviedo without the bustle of certain neighborhoods. Carlos and Rocio answered all our questions and sorted out any issues. The apartment had been recently renovated with great style, and felt both modern and practical. It was very well maintained. Highly recommended.
