We had to hurry when we realized the final check-in was at 18:00, which is quite early. The hostel itself was clean and well kept, and the owner clearly puts a lot of effort into running it. It's handy for the Camino trail, though the kitchen and bathroom felt a little cramped.

A gorgeous church is nearby, and this was such a good place to rest before Santiago de Compostela. I felt lucky to get a booking. The owner also invites interested guests to talks about Padron's history, which was a lovely touch. The room was bright, spacious and clean, with a very comfortable bed. The shared rooms were also spotless and nicely decorated. There's A/C in the rooms, vending machines in the kitchen, and an outdoor terrace with somewhere to dry clothes. Pretty much everything you need, and then some. Best place I've stayed in Spain!

The service was really good, and the facilities were perfectly adequate. It's a small hostel just beyond the town, and I had a great stay.

The new terrace at the back was a nice bonus, with space to wash clothes. The hostel was cosy, comfortable and clean, and the owner speaks several languages. He was enthusiastic about the town's history and gave a really interesting talk. It's a little farther from town, but worth it, and the next day's walk to santiago was at least 1km shorter.

A warm, quiet and friendly place that feels made with care. The host was welcoming, and this was one of the best stops we made on the way from Porto to Santiago. A fantastic last overnight before the next 25 km. Highly recommend this Albergue.
