The kitchen barely had anything useful for making a salad, with no knives, scissors, or peeler, and the drawers fell apart when opened. There was a constant noise inside the apartment, too. Our duplex had a balcony facing a busy, very noisy viaduct, and one window was broken and couldn’t be used. The photos are misleading, so be careful. At 3 p.m., after waiting for the strictly enforced check-in time, we walked into what felt like a two-storey shoebox. The building is old and the furniture outdated, but the apartment was the worst part. In the lobby, hotel guests kept coming to reception to complain, looking exhausted. We repeatedly heard, “Every day there’s something wrong.” One of the most disgusting places I’ve ever seen. I asked for a refund straight away and we left. This was far beyond acceptable.

I’ve stayed here more than once and would come back again. It’s clean and reasonably priced, and the staff are always ready to help. The cleaners, receptionists, lifeguards, and kitchen staff were all great. Maria, one of the waitresses, always made me feel looked after. There’s a Safari bar on site, which apparently not every hotel has, plus a grocery shop and a separate souvenir shop that’s very handy. Thanks, everyone. I’d recommend the place.

The apartment was nice, with stunning views, and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was okay, but dinner was a no for me: cold, not much choice, and partly cooked.

The bedroom and bathroom are upstairs in a huge apartment, and ours had a sea-view balcony just a two-minute walk from the beach. Mustafa at reception was really helpful, and the staff were very friendly in general. My 10-year-old son and I both loved the apartment. It’s a good spot if you want a town that isn’t touristy, with a few restaurants nearby and a cool little bar inside the hotel. The hotel was very clean. We booked self-catering, so I can’t say how the restaurant is, though it looked and smelled impressive.
