MUR Hotel Faro Jandía

I went in March and never saw anyone reserving sunbeds, though maybe it was just early in the year. The hotel has two lifts and ramps throughout. There are lots of shops around it, and the fridge worked really well. I had three bottles of water when I arrived and wafer biscuits left on my pillow every day. On my birthday, I was given a bottle of champagne and another wafer biscuit. The hotel itself is really nice, with pleasant staff. You can choose a sea view, pool view, or both. There was tea and coffee in the room, a lovely spa, and lots of fancy food. I had a really good massage. My only downside was the airport transfer, which took three hours.

We stayed in September 2025 and loved every minute. Our suite was lovely, with sea views and a great view of the lighthouse. The staff were all lovely and nothing was too much trouble. The evening shows were very good, and my husband and I were pleasantly surprised by the hotel's ambience. It was perfect for a calm, relaxing holiday. We enjoyed it so much that we're coming back in April 2026. Can't wait, I've already packed my costume. See you soon, everyone. My hubby is looking forward to his “Very Small Beer” again. A very tranquil hotel facing Playa Mattoral and the lighthouse, even with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The rooms are spacious, the food is good, and the service is excellent. Access to the spa is included. I've already booked to return next year.

The staff really made this place work for me. Since I was travelling alone, they went out of their way to chat and practise their English. The bar team were especially good: after the first evening, they remembered my drink, so I never had to ask. It’s my second visit, and I’ll be back. A great adults-only hotel with everything you need for a relaxing break.
