The shower was great, and the apartment had everything we needed. Check-in is self-service, so make sure you get the email with the key safe code. Ours never arrived, but the maid was really helpful. The DIY chap next door came in handy too: I’d forgotten a phone adapter and he lent me one. We weren’t at our most organized!

Not bad, but it was odd to have a coffee machine that we couldn’t plug in. We also found it hard to figure out where breakfast was served. The snack prices in the room weren’t clear, so we couldn’t tell whether they were complimentary or had to be paid for.

We had a clean, elegant, modern room with a sea view, in a quiet neighbourhood near Costa Calma and Morro Jable. There’s no front desk, but communication was good and they brought us everything we needed during our stay.

La Lalita is a great place to get away from busy tourist towns while still having access to gorgeous nearby beaches like Playa de Sotavento de Jandia, which you can reach easily by bus. Chabela’s hostel is in a lovely, quiet town, close to shops, restaurants, and the seafront. We loved how clean it was. Everything was well maintained and equipped, and the garden was perfect for relaxing with other guests while grilling dinner. Definitely recommend!
