Fuerteventura Sol

Apartment 504 was bright and spacious, with a terrace that looked out over the sea. It was spotless and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. We also loved the location and how friendly the whole team was. Thanks for having us, we’d definitely come back!

We spent two nights freezing because there weren’t enough blankets and the office was closed. On the second-to-last day, we asked for a bit of dish soap so we wouldn’t have to buy a big bottle just to throw most of it away. They said leftovers from previous guests should be taken or thrown out, then sent us to the supermarket, even though the place had what we needed. Not very welcoming. The apartment itself was worn out, and the pictures were clearly old. It felt bare and short on thoughtful touches, with quite a few things missing.

The apartment is lovely, but the air conditioning was unbearable. Sleeping meant having the windows open at night, which was difficult. Two older residents in the complex also kept insulting the children and threatening to call the police, even though the kids hadn’t done anything wrong. Otherwise, it’s really great.

The pool schedule was odd, only noon to 6 pm, so we couldn’t make use of it. The complex itself was tidy and pleasant. Inside, the modern apartment was clean and had a well-equipped kitchen, but without air conditioning the rooms got quite hot. The bedroom sliding doors could be opened from outside, so we couldn’t leave them open overnight.
