Fuerte Holiday in Style

The apartment had a good size and nice decor, but it was SUPER dirty. Cleaning costs 70 euros, included in the booking price, yet there were hairs on the sofa and towels, cockroaches that were large, and stoves covered in grease. The walls had awful damp, which made things hard for me because I have asthma, especially in the bedroom and bathroom. They say there’s Wi-Fi, but there wasn’t any during my stay. The kettle leaked onto the microwave, so I had to put a cup underneath, and it filled up in a day. The water initially came out brown, and the shower head was disgusting. I called the emergency manager two days ago about the Wi-Fi and cockroaches. They said they’d come the next day to clean and bring a modem, but nobody came. When I called to ask why, the lady said no one was coming since I’d be alone for three nights. In short, a dirty place and awful service. I wouldn’t stay again even if they paid me.
