Isaac at reception was incredibly helpful and gave us much more support than we expected. We’re very grateful for everything he did during the week we stayed. The food was really tasty, the indoor pool was a favourite, and everything was immaculate and just as described. We’d happily recommend Royal Suite hotel.

The rooms were clean, and housekeeping came every two days. The pool area was okay, and the evening entertainment team were very entertaining. Food was average, and you pour your own drinks. It’s mostly geared towards Spanish and German tourists, so you may have a hard time finding English tourists to chat with.

The activity team were great, always stopping to chat and see if you wanted to join in. The hotel and restaurant were spotless, and the food was lovely. We’ve just come home after a fantastic week. I’d highly recommend it and would definitely return. 🌝👍

The biggest surprise was how lovely the staff were. The entertainment crew were fantastic with the kids, and the bar and restaurant teams were so friendly. It’s self-service for drinks, and poolside drinks come in paper cups. You have to walk a little way to the beach, but I really couldn’t fault the hotel. It was my first all-inclusive stay, and I’d been quite nervous after reading some reviews. The place was spotless, though the decor is a little dated.

The indoor pool was quieter, which suited us, as we found the outdoor pool areas too busy. The rooms were nice, but there’s no air conditioning, so we hired one. Snacks were limited during the day. It was an okay stay, though for this price I’d have hoped for a little more.
