The location was excellent, the beds were comfortable, and I liked the balcony. The pool looked a bit sad, and Wi-Fi costs extra.

The patio door won't open, and the mosquito door won't close, so wind and noise come into the room. It also feels unsafe because anyone could walk in. I only checked in today and asked to move, but they said the place was full and other rooms had similar problems. They told me replacement parts for the broken sliding-door wheels were ordered, but why aren't these common parts kept in stock? The tables weren't cleaned, and you could still count the glasses people had used the day before. We booked because Booking.com had good reviews, but I wouldn't recommend staying here. I still have seven nights to go. Worst place I've been in for years, argh.

The big balcony was a plus, the mattress was quite comfortable, the pool area was spacious, and the receptionist was lovely and friendly. The place was quiet and relaxing, and okay overall for the money, but it's very old and needs a lot of improvements and decoration. Lighting was poor and the pillows were small and uncomfortable. The shower curtain sits outside the shower cabin, so water ends up on the floor. Since it's an apartment, a mop or something to clean it up would've been useful. The towels were rough and very old, like they might be 20 years old.

Pretty basic and good value. It did the job, and we had a good time. The staff were helpful, and honestly, I'd come back. It still needs a lot of improvements, though it was good enough for us. Don't expect much luxury.
