The wooden floors make noise from the neighbouring rooms carry through. Apart from that, it’s a lovely place, with a good evening meal and a typically Spanish breakfast.

The vineyards were the best part. Such an amazing place!!!!

The owner was friendly. He called a few days ahead to check when we’d arrive, then asked at check-in what time we wanted breakfast. There was a choice of pastries or savoury items, plus juice and coffee. I stayed for a weekend with a Wonderbox package. The room and bathroom were spacious and very clean, though the floorboards creak in this older house.

The place itself was wonderful and quiet, but the owner is a jerk. We felt like we were asking him for a favour when we were paying to stay there. His service and attention were poor, and he was very rude and unsympathetic. He says he’s supposedly been running the business, but still doesn’t know how to deal with customers. You have to tell him when you’ll have breakfast and when you’ll be back if you go out. Getting up early seems to be a problem for him too. It’s an old house, and the floor is very noisy. Showering was terrible, with no water pressure, and the pump barely helped. The heating depends on whether the owner feels like turning it on. This was our first visit and it’ll be our last. I do not recommend it at all. NOT RECOMMENDED.
