Hotel Casa Peya - Adults Only

Carles and Sara made us feel so welcome, and breakfast arrived beautifully arranged on our terrace each morning. Our room opened onto the garden and pool, and the pool was a lovely break from the heat. We also appreciated the designated parking just a couple of minutes away on foot. Everything was perfect. One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in, a five-star stay.

Carles knows the region inside out and gave us tips on restaurants, beaches, towns, and trails that no guidebook could match. The hotel is in a pleasant town, away from mass tourism, with many of Costa Brava’s best beaches reachable in about 15 minutes. Our room was small but cozy, clean, and air-conditioned, with a good bed and a powerful shower. Those are the things we care about most. We also enjoyed unwinding with a drink in the garden by the little pool. Breakfast was fresh and tasty, the staff were lovely, and the nearby indoor parking was convenient. It has the best parts of a boutique hotel and a B&B, and we’d come back when visiting the region without the kids.

The room was comfortable, and breakfast was excellent, served beautifully by the owner himself. He looked after us throughout our stay and made sure we had what we needed, including access to parking. We had such a great time at Casa Peya that we’ve already booked another visit for a few months from now. Thank you!

The location worked perfectly as a base for our three nights exploring Costa Brava. There was plenty of shopping and strolling within walking distance, and Calella’s beaches were a short drive away without the crowds. Parking was straightforward in an underground lot about four minutes away. Sara at reception and Carles both shared great local advice. Our standard room was spotless and had everything we needed, including a comfortable bed and an excellent rain shower. Breakfast by the peaceful pool was a lovely way to start each day. The inviting lobby and living room has cool artwork, and we liked cooling off with a dip in the pool at night. I’d happily recommend this nine-room boutique hotel to anyone visiting Costa Brava.
