There’s no AC, which would be a deal breaker in peak summer, though the pool and patio offer a way to cool off. The rooms are sparse, and it’s about a 10-minute walk to the beach. Free parking is a real plus. It’s a solid three-star, family-owned hotel, and we had an excellent experience despite those small drawbacks.

The pool and garden were pleasant, well kept places to relax, and breakfast was spectacular, with a huge selection and plenty of everything. The hotel has AC, and it worked perfectly. We stayed four nights in the bay of La Fosca, just around the corner from Palamós. The hotel feels a little dated, and the rooms were noisy: we could clearly hear a TV on one side and bath activity on the other. La Fosca wasn’t really our scene, since it felt touristy and geared toward family beach holidays. That’s a matter of preference more than a problem with the hotel. We found the stay relaxing, though the place could use an update and better soundproofing.

Breakfast was very good, with a great selection and nice staff. The hotel’s own car park and its location for the beaches were both handy. It’s a nice little holiday hotel, but the rooms felt stuffy and didn’t smell very fresh. With guests smoking on neighboring balconies, it wasn’t great.

The staff were super nice and accommodating, and breakfast was great. This family-owned hotel is less than a 10-minute walk from the majestic beach Cala de la Fosca. If you choose a room with a terrace, the beach view is fantastic, especially for a drink at sunset.

They were so kind and treated me really well during my three-night stay for work. The hotel is far from the beach, but with a car that wasn’t a problem. It’s a lovely, friendly family place, and they’re pet friendly. The menu changes every night. I’d suggest the spinach crepes and the fresh fish with vegetables. They speak French and English. More than happy with the place and service. 🐾😌👏🏼
