From the seventh floor, the sea and beach view is superb, and the apartment gets lovely sun. The layout works well, too. But the lift is unreliable and seems poorly maintained. We had to use the stairs several times when it stopped working, and at that height a lift really matters. Also, there's no vacuum, and a broom doesn't do enough.
