I'd already paid half the rental, and when I explained what happened and asked not to be treated as a no show, the owners were so kind and understanding. It's rare to find a company that's this accommodating. I would absolutely book here again, and choose a better airline next time. They deserve all the stars I can give them, A+ A+ A+! I had booked an apartment for July 6-11 and was traveling with my cats. The property allows pets. TAP delayed my flight and I missed my connection. I would have asked TAP for a refund, but they told me to go to Newark airport, saying the check in desk would put me on a United flight. I was worried about my cats because the TAP flights they wanted to rebook me on had long layovers, and they couldn't guarantee the cats wouldn't be left on a hot tarmac. I live an hour and a half from the airport and rushed there, only for the desk staff to say they couldn't rebook me on United. The whole thing was a disaster. I had to postpone the trip and have had a terrible time trying to get a refund from TAP. They're the worst, don't fly with them. I'm filing an EU261 claim for 600 euros over the missed connection, though I don't know how long it will take.

We had a great week here as a family of four. The staff were so kind and helpful, and when we brought our bikes, they gave us a safe place to keep them. The apartments are nice and have everything you need. Right in the center of Palamós, with all kinds of services close by. We'll definitely be back soon. Thanks, Pal Beach!

We stayed a week with our family and kids and enjoyed the place. In July, the air conditioning was ice cold, and you get good value for the money, helpful staff, and private parking. The beach, shops, groceries, and restaurants are all within walking distance. There's a supermarket on the building's ground floor. Parking is behind it, and reception gives you an automatic remote. The apartment and facilities are showing their age and aren't very modern, but it has what you need: an induction hob, kitchen utensils, microwave, fridge with freezer, living room TV, dining table and four chairs, terrace, two bedrooms, two toilets, and a shower. The coded key was handed to us by myril. If you're out boating, at the beach, shopping, eating out, or visiting nearby attractions all day, this place will suit you.

The rooms were cheap and clean, and the staff were friendly. It's in a great spot near the center and Palamos's main beach. Thanks for the service!
