The location is handy for both the beach and historic center, and there’s an easily accessed parking spot in the building, a real bonus with parking so difficult around here. The real estate agency was very helpful, especially Xènia, who kept offering help and sorting things out even outside her working hours. Inside, there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It was clean and tidy, with comfortable mattresses. The kitchen is well equipped and has an oven, microwave, and washing machine. There’s air conditioning in the living room, and the bathrooms seem fairly new. The shower curtains are much too long, though, and water gets everywhere. There’s no Wi-Fi, and the sofa is worn enough that you can feel everything through it. It needs replacing.

The location was good, and there was enough room for two, but the apartment felt shabby and dated. The bed linens and towels were very worn, and we found some bed linens missing. We had to point that out so we wouldn’t be charged extra when we left, and took photos when we arrived, just in case. We barely used the kitchen, though it did have utensils. The bathroom was the worst part, cramped like an airplane cabin, with only half a roll of toilet paper and nowhere to put even a toothbrush. The shower was just as uncomfortable. The sofa was very hard, maybe manageable for a short stay. Reception was in another apartment, and they didn’t give us the rules or a full inventory of the kitchenware and utensils.

A small apartment, but it was enough. The bathroom was tiny and the sofa bed uncomfortable. The air conditioning was fine, there’s a washing machine and free parking, and the location is good. Fair value for the price.
