We arrived to find there was no running water in our room, despite having booked it for three people. Staff at reception told us the whole city was without water and it might come back in about an hour, but nobody had warned us beforehand. We left after no more than 10 minutes and immediately booked somewhere else in town where there was water. When we asked for a refund, staff refused and were very rude, saying we'd used the room because we'd sat on the bed briefly. The way they treated us felt extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. This was unfortunately one of my worst travel experiences. I wouldn't recommend the property, and would advise other travelers to be cautious when booking.

We had a lovely top-floor space with a sofa to unwind in the evenings. The rooms are stunning, the staff welcoming, and the location perfect. Would highly recommend!

The view was nice, and the water pressure and hot water were great. The room itself was okay, but we had to share one big pillow. We hoped to get breakfast before leaving, but nobody came over to speak with us. An employee even saw us stand up to leave and still didn't say anything. We understand they may have been busy, but a quick update like how many more minutes it would take would make a big difference.

The door was open, so I went in to ask the woman what time the kitchen served food. She flipped out, put her hands on me, and physically pushed me out the door just for asking. Avoid at all costs. Who wants food made in that kind of environment?
