After checkout, I never got my deposit back, and my messages were ignored. That felt completely unprofessional and unacceptable. The apartment also looked much older and quite different from the pictures on Google Maps and the booking site. The bed was in poor shape and uncomfortable, so sleeping was difficult. When I asked for the Wi-Fi password, nobody replied or followed up. I wouldn't recommend BBarcelona, especially if customer service and honesty matter to you.

The location was great, and my family and I had a lovely time in Barcelona. The apartment worked perfectly for five people.

A lovely area, with an excellent apartment close to public transport.

Everything went smoothly, with no trouble at check-in or checkout. The location was really good, near both a metro stop and a bus station.

6/10
The location is excellent, but the apartment itself is in much worse shape than the photos suggest. There wasn't any furniture for storing clothes, and it feels like broken pieces get removed and never replaced. For five people staying five days, we got just two toilet paper rolls and two dishwasher tablets, along with a tiny bottle of Fairy.
